By accessing or using Anvay ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Anvay. Users under 18 should use the Service with parental or guardian consent. Coaches and institutes must provide accurate credentials and comply with applicable local laws.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You may delete your account at any time from the mobile app.

Bookings & Payments

Anvay facilitates connections between trainees, coaches, and institutes. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Razorpay). Cancellation and refund policies may vary by coach or institute and are displayed at the time of booking.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, performance data, game results). You grant Anvay a license to use, display, and process that content to operate the Service. You must not post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, fraud, or impersonation
• Unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Scraping or automated abuse of the platform
• Violations of applicable sports, safety, or local regulations

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Anvay does not guarantee coaching outcomes, venue availability, or third-party service quality. Use coaches and venues at your own discretion.
